1. Conditions for Accepting Returns:
- Returns are accepted if the design is in a size different from what the client requested.
- If any part of the design opens without being subjected to force.
- When the colors of the Murano glass crystals differ from those chosen by the client.
- If the color of the chain does not match the one selected by the client.
- In case of delivery of an unsolicited accessory.
2. Condition of the Item for Return:
- The accessory should not show any signs of oxidation.
- It must be returned with all its original pieces and chains.
3. Return Period:
- Customers have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item, provided the conditions mentioned in points 1 and 2 are met.
4. Refund Policy:
- No money refunds are made. A replacement accessory will be offered instead.
5. Post-Return Procedure:
- Once the returned item is received, Vencejo Store commits to sending the replacement accessory within 15 to 20 business days.
6. Exceptions:
- Items on sale are not eligible for returns.
- Returns of items that have not followed the care and maintenance instructions specified in the “Vencejo Accessory Care” section will not be accepted.
7. Return Costs:
- Domestic (Colombia): Vencejo Store will cover all shipping costs.
- International: The customer will cover the cost of shipping the item back to Colombia, and Vencejo Store will cover the shipping of the replacement accessory.
